The first of Hedonist Project’s concepts in their permanent home, the Liquor Store and Whisky Parlour in partnership with Scotch whisky powerhouse Diageo.

The bar was a tribute to Scottish heritage with rustic decor and warm cosy atmosphere. Serving up a carefully curated list of 60+ whiskies, this inaugural menu showcased the innovative style and skill of the Hedonist Project’s bar team. Legendary cocktail creations included the Salted Caramel Rusty Nail, complete with a side-serving of Lagavulin fudge; and the Boulevardier served with a side of Campari candy floss.
